Delivery & Shipping Policy
Shipping Information
Delivery Timeline: Most orders are delivered within 2 working days. Custom or made-to-size sofas may take longer. Confirm with our team during your inquiry.
Delivery Charges: Flat rate of £80 across the UK, except for postcodes above SA30 or SY10 (£130). Delivery is unavailable for postcodes AB, DD, PH, PL, EX, TQ, and TR.
Delivery Details: Ensure clear access, no parking restrictions, and adequate space (minimum 75cm wide) for delivery. Delivery includes drop-off at the front door or ground floor hallway. Additional charges apply for deliveries to other floors/rooms. A 4-hour time slot will be shared 24 hours before delivery, with a 1-hour notice on the day.
Missed Deliveries: If no one is available to accept delivery, a redelivery fee applies.
Changes to Delivery Date: Notify us 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Changes within 24 hours may incur a £50 fee.

Our Return Policy
Refund Policy
Change of Mind Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days if they are unopened, unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase, and in resalable condition. Free items included with the product must also be returned.
Return Process: Notify us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. Returns to our warehouse are at your expense, or we can arrange collection for an additional charge.
Order Cancellations: Stocked items can be canceled for a full refund before dispatch. Custom-made or bespoke sofas cannot be canceled once production has started.
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 days after returned items are inspected. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
