Shipping policy

 

Before Delivery

Customers are accountable for making sure of the following;

  • There is clear access to the house / building
  • There are no parking restrictions, all of our courier vehicles 3.5tn Luton Vans
  • Measure any doors or hallways where your goods will be transported through. We require the door or the hallway to be a minimum of 75cm wide. If it is less than this, please speak to the team before placing your order.
  • Delivery Charge includes delivery to the front door / Ground Floor Hallway. Delivery to other floors / Rooms will carry an additional charge.
  • You will be contacted 24hrs before the delivery date with a 4hr time slot, please ensure you have access to the number you provided at the time of placing the order. If we can’t contact you, then there may be a delay with your delivery.
  • You will receive a 1hr notice before your delivery to ensure there is an adult at the property to accept the delivery.

Order Processing Period

If an order is placed before 5 o’clock in the afternoon, we try to process it the same day. After 5 o’clock, orders will be handled the next day.

Orders placed after 4 p.m. on Saturdays will be processed on Monday.

To let you know when the following delivery window will open up, a staff member will get in touch with you.

Delivery time Scale

We strive to deliver within 2 working days of the date of purchase confirmation because all of our sofas are manufactured in the UK. Seven days a week, we deliver. An employee of the team will get in touch with you to set up a convenient delivery date after your order has been confirmed. Please call us or email us if you would like to know the delivery date before placing your purchase.

Please be advised that the delivery date for “Made to Size Couches or Custom size sofas” will be extended. At the time of inquiry, this should be checked with the team member.

Delivery Price / Locations

We offer FREE delivery to all locations across the UK.

Delivery to postcodes ABOVE SA30 or SY10 will have a delivery chare of £130.

Currently we are not offering delivery service to the following postcodes;

  • AB
  • DD
  • PH
  • PL
  • EX
  • TQ
  • TR

Missed Deliveries

After your order is confirmed, we will contact you to confirm a suitable delivery date. We will contact you 24hrs before delivery date to provide you with a 4hr time slot and a 1hr notice before we arrive at your property. If for some reason delivery is not made due to nobody answering the phone or opening the door causing the items to be returned to us, a redelivery charge will apply again at the same amount of what was charged on the original order.

If in this instance, you decide to cancel the order, the original delivery charge will not be refunded.

Change Delivery Date

You may change your delivery date by providing us with a 24hr notice. If you change your delivery date with the 24hrs of the scheduled delivery date, then we may charge an additional fee of £50. If you rearrange the delivery on the delivery date and items have been shipped out, the full delivery charge will be charged upon re delivery.

Chenille fabric

Chenille fabric is a type of textile known for its softness and textured appearance. It is characterized by its pile or raised, fuzzy surface, which resembles a caterpillar's fur, hence the name "chenille," which is the French word for caterpillar.

Plush velvet

Plush velvet, also known as plush is a type of velvet fabric that is characterized by its exceptionally soft and luxurious feel. It is made from various fibers, such as silk, cotton, or synthetic materials like polyester, which creates a smooth and plush surface. Plush velvet is distinct from traditional velvet in that it has much thicker giving it a fuller and more plush appearance.

Alaska

When durability and easy maintenance rank high on your fabric needs, you won’t be disappointed with polyester. This synthetic fabric will resist stains better than most upholstery making it a good choice for a busy home.

Just like cotton, your polyester sofa will maintain its colour against sunshine and artificial light exposure.

Enzo

Enzo is a plain colour, upholstery polyester velour fabric. It is thick, soft and pleasant to the touch and has an elegant, strong shine.

Control Option

Cord & Chain:

If you choose a Cord & Chain control option, you will receive a cord for tilting the vanes open/close and a separate Cord & Chain for drawing the vanes to one side or split (your 'Bunch' option). These will be positioned on the same side, either left or right.

Wand:

If you choose a Wand option ( White wand with classic and platinum White head rail or Black wand with the other platinum headrails ) which would replace both the cords. You can twist the rod to tilt the vanes open/closed or manually pull the rod across the window to open or closed the blind.





Wrapped Cassette and Bottom Bar



A Wrapped cassette (the top Bar) hides the mechanisms of the blind with the fabric roll encompassing it whilst adding style!
