Custom-made or made-to-measure sofas may take longer – our team will confirm your exact lead time during your enquiry.

- £80 flat rate across the UK
- £130 for postcodes above SA30 or SY10
- No delivery available to: AB, DD, PH, PL, EX, TQ, TR
📦 Delivery Requirements
Please ensure:
- Clear and safe access to the property
- No parking restrictions for our delivery van
- A minimum 75cm doorway/hallway width
- Adequate space to manoeuvre the sofa
Standard delivery includes drop-off to your front door or ground floor hallway.
Deliveries to other floors/rooms may incur an additional charge.
You will receive:
- A 4-hour delivery window (sent 24 hours before)
- A 1-hour notice call/text on the day
❌ Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to accept delivery, a redelivery fee will apply.
📅 Changing Your Delivery Date
- Free changes with 24+ hours’ notice
- Changes within 24 hours of delivery may incur a £50 fee

Our Return Policy
🛍️ Change of Mind Returns
You may return items within 14 days provided they are:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Any free items included with your order must also be returned.

- You can return the item to our warehouse at your own cost, or
- We can arrange a collection (additional collection fee applies)

Frame
Covered against manufacturing faults in the sofa’s internal structure and frame.
Foam & fillings
Warranty on interior foam and fillings against excessive sagging or manufacturing defects.
Fabric & stitching
Protection against faults in upholstery fabric and stitching coming apart under normal use.
Please note: This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and tear that occurs over time.
