Our standard delivery time is 5–7 working days.
For colours other than Black, Blue, Grey, Cream, and Mink, please allow an additional 7–10 production days, as these may be made to order.

Sofa Empire Returns – Quick Guide
Returns & Refunds
You may request an eligible change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery.
As sofas are large and bulky items, customers are responsible for the cost of return collection for change-of-mind returns. Our standard collection charges are:
- Items under £400: £200
- Items £400–£1,000: £299
- Items over £1,000: Return collection cost will be confirmed in accordance with our full Returns & Refunds Policy.
Items must be returned clean, undamaged and complete. Where goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and their value has been reduced, a deduction may be made where permitted by law.
Please check product dimensions, room size and delivery access carefully before ordering. Product dimensions are approximate and may vary by up to 5cm.
If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Change-of-mind collection charges do not apply where we are legally responsible for the return costs.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
