1. Return Window
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
2. Change of Mind
We arrange a two-person collection.
A 10% restocking + pickup fee will be deducted from your refund.
Missed or blocked collections may incur extra charges.
3. Our Fault (Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items)
Notify us within 48 hours with photos or videos.
We’ll repair, replace, or refund and cover all costs.
No fee applies in this case.
